Your Day, Your Way

Enquiry
First things first, you’ve found my website! It’s time to send an enquiry - you can either send me an email at willowandwildweddings@gmail.com or you can fill out an enquiry form.
I’ll reach out after I’ve read your enquiry form or email and we’ll book in a discovery call. It’s totally free and there’s no obligation to book - it’s an opportunity for us to get to know each other a little and most importantly, for you to decide whether I’m the right fit for your day. -
Story Time
If you decide to go ahead and book, the fun begins! I’ll send you a questionnaire to fill out together, full of questions about your love story and what you want your ceremony to look and feel like. Once I’ve read through it, I can make a start on planning your ceremony - I’ll be in touch to discuss ideas.
-
Script Writing
Now I’ll spend some time drafting your ceremony script, drawing from all your questionnaire answers and your ideas. Once the first draft is ready, we’ll schedule in a call or an in person meet up to go through it together and start fine tuning.
-
Honest Feedback Only!
When we’ve spent some time tweaking the script and the plan for the ceremony, I’ll send you a copy to look over together in your own time. Now I need 100% honest feedback - it’s your day and your story should be told in a way that feels like you. We’ll either meet in person over coffee, or over zoom to go through everything together.
-
The Perfect Script
Now we start the back and forth of making edits to the script until you’re both absolutely happy with it. We can make as many edits as you like - it’s your wedding after all! When we’ve perfected your script, we can arrange some practice read throughs if you want to get really comfortable with everything before the day. We’ll aim to have the final draft of the script ready at least 4 weeks before your wedding day.

Let's Get Married!
It’s the big day! I’ll be there at least an hour before the ceremony to make sure everything is set and ready. I’ll take some time to get comfortable in the ceremony space and of course, to help settle the pre wedding nerves. I’ll officiate your wedding - hopefully there’ll be some laughs, some tears (not mine) and lots of love in the space.
